Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the services requested.
Customers should disclose conditions that may materially affect the safety, time, or scope of cleaning services, including known hazards, significant property damage, infestations, biohazards, or other unusual conditions.
Customers are also responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time and for ensuring that utilities necessary to perform the requested cleaning, such as running water and electricity, are available unless otherwise agreed.
Access to the Property
When a customer provides Here and There Cleaning Services with access to their home or property, the customer authorizes Here and There Cleaning Services to enter the property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon cleaning services.
Customers should secure valuables, sensitive documents, medications, cash, firearms, or other personal items they do not want accessed or handled during cleaning.
Property and Personal Belongings
We take reasonable care while performing cleaning services. However, customers understand that cleaning involves working around household furnishings, fixtures, surfaces, appliances, decorations, and personal belongings.
Customers should identify fragile, valuable, antique, specialty, or otherwise sensitive items before cleaning begins.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, ordinary wear and tear, defective or improperly installed items, manufacturer defects, or conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before or during cleaning.
Cleaning Results
Cleaning services are performed based on the agreed scope of work and the condition of the property.
Certain stains, odors, buildup, discoloration, damage, or other conditions may not be completely removable through ordinary cleaning methods. We do not guarantee that every condition will be fully corrected.
Safety
For the safety of customers, employees, contractors, and others, Here and There Cleaning Services may decline, postpone, modify, or stop a service when conditions present an unreasonable health or safety risk.
This may include circumstances involving hazardous materials, unsafe property conditions, aggressive animals, active infestations, excessive clutter that prevents safe access, or other conditions that make the requested work unsafe to perform.
